I'm a trauma-informed coach and nervous system specialist blending neuroscience, somatics, and ancient wisdom to help women come home to their original design.

There was a time in my life when I looked whole on the outside, but inside, I was exhausted. Tired of pushing through pain. Tired of trying to hold everything together. Tired of suppressing the part of me that longed for something more.

I’ve walked through emotional grief, physical exhaustion, chronic pain, and spiritual disconnection. With the help of many healers and teachers, I’ve learned how to move from survival to living in alignment with my design. 

That journey is what I now offer through Sage Transformation Coaching.

Coaching Framework 

A nervous system-aware, soul-aligned process for healing, clarity, and embodied transformation. This is the framework that will guide our coaching session together to create emotion balance and alignment to achieve your goals. 

Phase 1: Align

Define heart-centered goals that reflect your true desires—not what you “should” want. We clarify what matters most to you in this season of life—emotionally, physically, spiritually—and create intentions rooted in your values and design.

Phase 2: Safety Before Change

Learn nervous system regulation tools to create safety and resilience.
Before we dive into deeper transformation, we stabilize the body. You'll learn how to respond to stress and emotions without being hijacked by them.

 

Phase 3: Reveal & Release 

Identify and dissolve limiting beliefs, outdated stories, energy leaks and distractions.  Create space for healing by addressing unresolved emotional pain, chronic physical discomfort, and draining dynamics that are no longer serving your path.

Phase 4: Integrate

Create a 90-day plan with physical and spiritual practices that support lasting change. Your roadmap includes aligned action steps, rituals, wellness practices, and spiritual tools that honor your energy and capacity.

Phase 5: Embody

Monitor, refine, and stay accountable to your vision.
Through check-ins, support, and reflection, you stay on track—anchored in your own authority and the tools you've learned.

Phase 6: Celebrate

Acknowledge your growth, shifts, and inner transformation.
We honor the changes—small and profound—with presence, reflection, and joy. This step builds confidence and reinforces sustainable self-trust.

My Why 

I know what it feels like to live in a body that’s constantly on high alert—to push through exhaustion, ignore the signs of burnout, and feel disconnected from yourself. Through my own journey of healing and study of our original design of our body and soul, I discovered that true transformation doesn’t come from willpower alone—it comes from working with the body, not against it. This is why I named my company Sage, because the body and soul hold the sage wisdom for our healing and transformation. 

I believe healing is possible for everyone, and when we learn to regulate our nervous system, we reclaim our energy, clarity, and freedom. My mission is to guide others through this process so they can stop surviving and start living tenacious, authentic lives.

I love to learn! In my spare time, you can find me taking a new class or going down an exciting rabbit hole. I use my eclectic training, education, and life experiences to weave together holistic sessions for my Clients. My education includes: Human Potential Life Coach, Applied Neurology Coach, Movement Reeducation Specialist, NeuroFit Nervous System Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
